Steph has been teaching yoga for 12 years and does so because she wants everyone to experience the gift that her practice has given her: SELF-CARE. Her yoga practice began after years of personal training and teaching indoor cycling when her body was craving more calm. Steph’s philosophy: Yoga is ALWAYS a good idea!
Stimulating both physically and mentally, Steph will challenge you to move in different ways, think about how you move and what that means in your own body.
The movement in her class is music-driven and flows to both the beat and your breath. It's a blend of shake-your-booty music and calming, steady, strong beats to set you up for your day, your week, and your life.

Lover of all things interval training, a helicopter dog mom and very passionate about a good workout playlist (song recommendations are always welcome). I am your guide to help you accept where you are today and reach your goals for where you want to be in the future. Assistance with form, modifications and extra challenges will always be offered in my class. I can't wait to be a part of your fitness journey!

Lover of life! Ex collegiate athlete, school teacher, financial planner, real estate transaction coordinator, basketball coach, just to name a few professions I've had BUT my true passion comes from the fitness world! Motion is lotion and any way you move your body is FANTASTIC! Being in the industry for over 25 years, I thrive on creating fun, energetic, soulful classes that keep my students coming back for more. Be prepared to maybe hear a corny joke or two in class. Let's keep moving!

I found yoga while working in the nonprofit sector with clients who experienced severe trauma. As a way to decompress from work and reduce my own stress from working with clients, I discovered the benefits of a regular yoga practice and how it enriched my life far beyond fitness. My curiosity about the history and philosophy of yoga continued to grow, so I joined a yoga teacher training. What I learned in that course was so impactful that I switched careers so I could teach yoga full time. After a hiatus from teaching due to the pandemic, I’m excited to return to teaching in a hot studio! Today, my yoga classes are thoughtful and slow - but don’t mistake “slow” for “easy”! I can’t wait to meet you on the mat!

Work hard, play harder. I believe in giving 100% effort, being in with your whole heart and surrounding yourself with people that support you. Flow has given me a chance to be that support for others and I am honored to help you challenge yourself for an hour out of your day. Let's play.

My classes draw inspiration from various modalities and requests from students. Some days they may present a more mental than physical challenge, and vice versa, but will always prioritize inquiry and play. I look forward to exploring alongside you!

Hey everyone! My classes offer just the amount of creativity and intensity for all levels. I offer fun playlists to inspire, a safe space to practice, and the gentle reminder to come back to the moment.
My passion is teaching and the play of movement. I am a dog mom to a sassy Chihuahua and have a slight obsession with plants of all kinds.
Within my own yoga practice, I find gratitude in the calmness I allow myself to feel on my mat.

Hi! I’m Justin. With 19 years of experience in yoga and fitness classes, I’ve honed my practice and am excited to share it with others. Finally! Please don’t be intimidated, though. The goal is to come as you are, have fun and maybe dance a lil bit, if that’s your thing.

My favorite part of group fitness is, hands down, the community. In this space, there’s power in sweating together, laughing through burpees, and challenging ourselves as a team. As an instructor, I’m excited to offer others the same physical, mental, emotional, and social benefits that have enriched my life.

So, let’s get sweat! When that beat drops, please know that I will prompt you to give me burpees in “3, 2, 1…”

Yoga has been a part of my life for over a decade now. I started because of back pain from my job and was immediately hooked. The intentionality of the breath, the range of motion and strength building all combine to make yoga a wonderful form of physical and emotional therapy for me. As I began to deepen my practices I started seeking other styles, exploring bikram, ashtanga, yin, haha as well as various other blended movement styles that borrowed from the practice. I am a long time practitioner of Jiujitsu and began to add yoga as an end of class practice to help with the mobility of my friends after a long workout. Eventually I decided to become a certified instructor and am constantly looking for ways to deepen my understanding of the practice and grown my knowledge of the art and of myself.
